IMPORTANT INFORMATION

While a firearms license is not required to participate in our Clay Target Shooting experience, all guests must complete our range registration and agree to the rules and terms before entering the Range. All participants must be 18 years and over.

We are legally required to collect all participant details and share this information with Tasmania Police as part of our operating conditions. Guests must provide valid photo ID and license number (driver's license, student ID, passport or firearms license). For guests who hold a valid firearms licence, this is the preferred form of identification though any of the ID forms mentioned above are acceptable.

The following information has been provided to us by Tasmania Police to ensure all participants are aware of their legal obligations before participating in clay target shooting activities at our shooting range. These are requirements under Tasmanian law to protect participants from unintentionally committing an offence.

By signing the Range Use Register, the patron confirms that:

They are not currently subject to any order that would prevent them from lawfully possessing and/or using firearms. An order includes but it not limited to a Police Family Violence Order, Family Violence Order, Restraint Order that includes firearms restrictions, nationally recognised Domestic Violence Order or Firearms Prohibition Order. Please note that this also includes 'interim' orders. Undertaking a shooting activity whilst the subject of an order is an offence and will be subject to prosecution.

Please be advised that if you have been declared unfit to hold a firearms license such as a suspended or cancelled firearms licence, you will also be restricted from participating in this activity.

All information provided in connection with this activity will be shared with Tasmania Police.
